Judith’s vision, boundless energy and enthusiasm drive the business daily to greater challenges and success. She is as passionate about her business and the team in Upstream as she is about NI PLC generally and this infectious positivity permeates everything she does. Judith is an expert in working capital and is constantly looking to develop structured and innovative solutions to her clients' needs. In addition to the ‘day job’, Judith is also a Non Executive Board Member of Invest NI and is the Chair of the CBI Economic Affairs Committee.

Another founding team member, Bill is an ex-banker with a background in project management and financial structuring. Bill, the ‘quiet man’ of the team, quite simply makes everything work and keeps the engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

Vicky is an Invoice Finance specialist with an in depth background across all operational aspects of the sector. Vicky most recently held the role of Operations Manager in a leading local Bank before joining the Upstream team in 2014.

Helen is an Invoice Finance specialist with an in-depth background across all operational and risk management aspects of the industry sector. Helen headed up the Operations function in a leading local Bank before joining the Upstream team in 2013 and is pivotal in the training and development of the wider team in Upstream as well supporting the overall operation functions.

Carol joined the team in 2014 to retrain from a previous career, completely unconnected to finance. Carol has taken to Upstream like a natural, and is now critical to the day to day running of our client portfolios.

Angela worked in Danske Bank Invoice Finance for over 16 years, during which time she had numerous roles including Finance & Credit Team Leader, Invoice Discounting Clerk and Credit Controller. As Upstream’s Client Services Manager her duties include credit and risk analysis of funding limits and sales ledger reconciliation. As a full time working mum of twin girls Angela doesn’t have a lot of spare time, however she manages to get to a weekly Pilates class and the odd night out with friends.
